Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager.

Job Objective and Position Organization Chart:

As the Infrastructure Manager, he will lead the security network, servers and IT support team to drive business performance. This role focuses on aligning technology with business objectives, managing key projects, and ensuring system efficiency, integration and scalability.

Main areas and responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives.

Conduct regular IT assessments to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, security and cost effectiveness.

Effectively plan and manage IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.

IT Service Management Expert

Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including:

Network architecture (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)

Server architecture (physical and virtual).

Data storage and backup systems
Communication systems
End-user computing devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and best practices.
Manage and maintain Office 365 services, monitor performance and security, and resolve technical issues.
Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, implement and manage policies, and optimize system performance and security.

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Recruit, appoint and train new IT staff.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and provide actionable reports.

Assist the IT Manager in developing ICT policies and management reports.

Representing the IT department in internal and external meetings.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the IT Manager/Administration.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related degree.

Experience:

· Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure.

· Strong understanding of network security principles

· Experience in ITIL framework (ITIL Certified Expert preferred).
