Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for sales. Responsible for relevant tenders and communication with key clients.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive service sales strategy.

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

· Identify potential clients and establish new business relationships.

· Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

· Possess in-depth knowledge of rotating equipment, including maintenance, repair and optimization.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product offering and stay abreast of industry developments.

· Providing technical support to customers and handling their inquiries effectively.

· Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotes and service plans.

· Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer requirements.

· Lead negotiations for service contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and revenue generated.

· Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

· Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of the product and service.

· Stay up to date with industry best practices and share knowledge with the sales team.

Required profile for candidates

Any Arab citizen, any citizen of English speaking countries

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical)

· People oriented and results driven, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Proven experience in pump sales and local markets for not less than 8 years

· Knowledge of sales systems and databases

· Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in building and managing personal relationships effectively at all levels of the company.
