We are hiring a storekeeper for the maintenance department.

Job Description

3 years of practical experience in UAE is required in Maintenance Department as Store Keeper.

The candidate must have the necessary qualifications to work as a storekeeper.

Responsibilities:

1. Storekeepers maintain inventory of supplies and manage all operations in the store.

From ordering and receiving to inventory management, these professionals ensure the safe storage of

All store related inventory.

In addition, the storekeeper performs various daily activities:

· Familiarity with all electrical and mechanical parts such as:

a) Circuit breakers , transformers , terminal blocks , relays , switches , disconnect switches , PLC , drive motors , enclosures , back panels , wires and cables , limit switches, temperature sensors, etc.

b) Fastening parts, bolts, nuts, studs, inserts and clips, bearing parts, ball bearings and needle bearings, springs, control parts, motor gears, aerospace parts, washers and spacers), pump parts, seals and pads.

c) Pneumatic fittings, pipes, electrical and combined valves, pressure switches and gauges, pneumatic cylinders.

d) Plumbing parts such as fittings, valves, pipes (steel, MS, PVC and PPR materials).

e) Maintain all parts of all machines.

Good experience in MS Excel shortcuts, PDF file and fast printing.

· Knows how to use Microsoft Dynamic AX Live.

· He can work on multiple accounts in the program.

· Replenishing supply stock in accordance with company guidelines.

· Maintain a tidy, clean and safe work environment in accordance with company regulations.

· Receive, load and arrange all supplies.

· Perform inventory related duties such as returning, packaging, labeling, and pricing merchandise.

· Check deliveries for any discrepancies or damaged parts.

· Report damaged inventory for record keeping and reimbursement purposes.

· Rotate inventory and dispose of excess and expired quantities.

· Coordinate and handle shipping and equipment movement.

· Maintain an organized distribution of inventory in the warehouse and store.

· Verify the accuracy of the monthly report at the end of each month.

· Ensure that documents are completed correctly to place the order and make the purchase.

· Generate material receipt report in a timely manner.

· Can drive a forklift (optional)
