Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of a high quality, efficient and effective credit control organization.
Support the implementation of any local changes to global processes and policies related to billing, credit management and collections.
Achieve all operational and financial objectives and commitments, including meeting KPIs and performance level services related to collections and credit management
Handling escalations from operational teams
Implement local and global credit policies and collection strategies.
Drive proactive communication with customers to manage credit and collection activities in a timely manner and improve the organization’s working capital position.
Evaluate, establish and maintain credit limits for customers in the system.
Responsible for collecting debts from our debtors, improving debtors turnover.
Approve or reject blocked requests/block and unblock customers
Negotiating payment plans/reporting to company accountant/reconciling customer accounts
Support credit and factor insurance activities where appropriate.
Dealing with matters with legal counsel and following up for recovery
Required profile for candidates

Indian, Filipino, Sri Lankan

Master of Commerce (Any)

Master’s degree in Finance or Business (Finance, Accounting or Business preferred)
Minimum 5 years working experience in credit or collection roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with SAP functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills/Proactive and self-leader/Customer service orientation
