Roles and Responsibilities
Perform oil changes efficiently, making sure to use the correct type and amount of oil for each vehicle.
Check and replace oil filters, to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
Monitor vehicle fluid levels, including coolant, brake and transmission fluids, and recommend necessary top-ups or changes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Communicate with customers about services provided and any additional maintenance needs, to build trust and rapport.
Use diagnostic tools to assess vehicle condition and provide accurate feedback to customers and team members.
Accurately document all service activities in the company tracking system to ensure proper record keeping.
Assist in training new employees on oil change procedures and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and oil products to make informed recommendations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Required profile for candidates
Indian, Filipino, Nepali
(vocational, professional) degree, i.e. graduation
male
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive field is an advantage to demonstrate basic knowledge.
Valid driver’s license required; knowledge of different vehicle types enhances service flexibility.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform basic maintenance tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills; ability to interact with customers and explain technical information in an understandable manner.
Meticulous mindset, ensuring accuracy in service delivery and documentation to build customer trust.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces are essential to complete tasks.
Basic understanding of automotive systems, enabling potential problems to be proactively identified during service.
Team-oriented attitude, willing to collaborate with colleagues to improve service efficiency and customer experiences.
Bilingual candidates are preferred; fluency in English and another language can enhance customer interactions.
