Conduct regular audits of store displays and product arrangement, to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance visual appeal.
Support the integration of new team members through training on company policies, product knowledge, and customer interaction techniques.
Accurately use point of sale systems to process transactions and maintain financial accountability at the register.
Participate in regular communication with management to report sales trends, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
Participate in team meetings, provide ideas to improve processes and enhance team collaboration.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area, back room, and other areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with an associate’s degree or higher in business administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of project management software to enhance task efficiency.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for diverse work environments.
