We are looking for a motivated Sales specialist to manage our company’s Sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
11. Continuously improve through feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science
Any
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Medical laboratory, Hematology, Molecular diagnostic, clinical chemistry, Pathology, Laboratory sciences, Chemistry, Industrial chemist, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Engineering or any Science related field
3. Good in English, writing and speaking.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
6. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
7. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
8. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
9. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
10. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs
11. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
12. Valid driving license.
