Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations by efficiently managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, fostering a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events, ensuring all displays are attractive and merchandise is well-organized.
Conduct regular audits of store displays and product placements, ensuring compliance with company standards and enhancing visual appeal.
Support the onboarding of new team members through training on company policies, product knowledge, and customer interaction techniques.
Utilize point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions and maintain financial accountability at the register.
Engage in regular communication with management to report on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and enhancing team collaboration.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and other areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.

Secondary School(Vocational)

Male

A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for candidates holding an associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software to enhance task efficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse work environments.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, showcasing organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
