Job Description

Diploma holders from Mechanical Background with 10 years of Experience in the Supervision of Scaffolding Works/ Operations

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Respond swiftly to scaffold-related emergencies, conduct investigations and implement corrective measures as required.
Implement safety training programs and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety on-site.
Monitor the use of scaffolding materials and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers, to ensure scaffolding aligns with project timelines and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including inspections, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
Develop and implement scaffolding plans tailored to specific project requirements, considering load capacities and site conditions.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess scaffold integrity and safety, addressing potential hazards proactively.

Candidates should have good communication skills
Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with certification in NEBOSH or equivalent.
Vocational training in scaffolding is an added advantage
Must have experience in Lifting systems, working at heights and strong technical skills in scaffolding design and safety standards
