Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant with hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft CA/PKI, Exchange Hybrid, Azure AD, and Azure IaaS.

� Key focus:
This role covers projects (deployments, migrations) and support (operations, troubleshooting). You will work on Exchange Hybrid deployments, mailbox migrations (on-prem & Google Workspace → Exchange Online), manage File/Print services, and deliver Azure IaaS solutions (VMs, networking, backup, DR).

� Essential Expertise:

– Windows Server (roles, clustering, HA/DR)

– Active Directory (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

– Microsoft CA/PKI (Certificate Authority)

– File Server & Print Services

– Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE & Exchange Online

– Exchange Hybrid deployments & coexistence

– Mailbox migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid, Google Workspace → Exchange Online)

– Azure AD (sync, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)

– Azure IaaS (VMs, networking, storage, backup, ASR)

– PowerShell scripting & troubleshooting (mail flow, TLS, networking, certificates)

◾ Preferred Qualifications:

– Microsoft Certifications:(Azure Administrator, Messaging Administrator, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator).

– Experience with migration tools such as:(Quest, BitTitan, AvePoint)

– Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions:(Veeam, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery (ASR)).
