Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in property leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee property listings and leasing activities
-Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
-Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
-Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements:
-Proven experience in leasing or real estate
-Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-RERA certification is an advantage
-Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation:
Commission-based only (high earning potential for successful candidates)
