Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, both in accounting and general administration.
– Prepare and issue quotations, delivery notes, sales invoices, and purchase orders using the accounting software
– Manage petty cash
– Prepare reports as required
– Assist in VAT filing by preparing supporting documentation
– Learn about a designated brand’s products and positioning, supporting both sales and customer service fuctions
– Track incoming and outgoing stocks from the warehouse
– Maintain stock records accurately
– Facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all required documentation is complete for customs clearance and delivery
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and services
– Support the processing of staff visas and assist with employee records and documentation
– Provide administrative and sales support to the team as needed
