Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant & Administrator at a small manufacturing company located in Al Qusais Industrial Area, Dubai. We are seeking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant & Administrator who will be responsible for assisting day-to-day operations included financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and conducting financial analysis. Payroll processing, VAT and Corporate tax filing. Creating and maintaining administrative and HR related records.
Qualifications
Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Analysis skills
– Experience with managing accounts payable and receivable
– Knowledge of relevant accounting software – Zoho Books
– VAT filing work experience
– Corporate Tax knowledge / experience
– Accuracy in financial record keeping
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Administration:
– Experience in business administration
– Experience in HR administration
General:
– Fluency in English
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Attention to details
– Strong mathematical and analytical skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
– Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience
– Proven ability to operate confidently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
– Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
– High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a hands-on, practical approach to work
