Job Description
Job Profile:
– Managing accounts for Online sales on multiple Portals (Amazon, Noon etc)
– Preparing indents / Proforma for orders booked and keeping track of shipments
– Keeping track of receivables / commissions
– Preparing consolidated P&L
– Oversee taxes and abide by federal tax authority regulation.
– Communicating Financial results to management
– Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank account, coordination and completion of annual audits as necessary
Job requirements:
– Experience working with ERP (Odoo experience preferred).
– 3+ years or more accounting experience
– Advanced computer skills in MS Office Excel
– Knowledge of Federal Tax authority regulations (VAT)
Office Timings:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Office Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Near Business Bay Metro station (8 minutes walk)
