**Accountant with Tax and AML Knowledge needed Urgently! **

We are looking for an experienced Accountant in Real Estate industry who has worked with developers or has experience in a Real Estate Brokerage and has the accounting Knowledge with AML Knowledge as well.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Extensive Knowledge of tax consultancy services (VAT, Corporate Tax, Accounting, AML)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software Zoho Books and Tally Prime.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations.

Experience with sending invoice, Receipt and follow up with developer and Commision collection

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management, invoice processing, and payroll.

Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Managed and maintained client accounts, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.

Handle financial transactions, contracts, and property-related documentation.

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month (Depending on experience)
