Job Description
We are seeking an Admin & Sales Coordinator to support our daily operations.
– Prepare and issue quotations, delivery notes, sales invoices, and purchase orders using the accounting software
– Manage petty cash
– Keep track of incoming and outgoing stocks
– Respond to customer queries via phone and email regarding products and services
– Support in staff visa processing and maintaining employee files
– Provide administrative and sales support to the team as needed
