Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Financial Director to provide direct administrative and financial coordination support. The role involves assisting with documentation, communication, and project tracking related to banking, audits, and corporate compliance.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills who can effectively support high-level financial operations — without being required to perform full accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Financial Director in managing financial documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Coordinate communication with banks, auditors, and corporate service providers in the UAE and abroad.
Support the preparation and review of management reports, presentations, and compliance submissions.
Track payments, invoices, and financial records for reference and follow-up.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for financial and administrative documents.
Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle administrative tasks related to finance and management operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or financial coordination role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with financial systems or databases is a plus.
Discretion, reliability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles.
Experience working with banks, auditors, or accounting firms.
Familiarity with UAE Free Zone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, etc.).
Exposure to international business structures and compliance documentation.
