Job Title: Beautician (Men’s Grooming & Skincare)
Location: JBR, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

About Us:

We are well established premium gents’ salon in Dubai, offering top-tier grooming services in JBR for over 10 years. Our services include haircuts, facials, waxing, and hand & foot care. We are looking for a skilled Beautician to join our team and deliver exceptional skincare and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional facials, hand & foot care, and waxing services tailored to male clients.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all treatments.
Offer expert advice on skincare and grooming routines to clients.
Promote and upsell salon services and products to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with barbers to promote beautician services
Handle bookings, cancellations, and questions from customers by phone, online, or in person. Let staff know when they have a new booking.
Handle billing and payment transactions accurately, including cash and card handling.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai in a men’s salon or grooming environment.
Certification in skincare or cosmetology is a plus.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell services and products.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is required.
Knowledge of Russian is a big plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with barbers.
