Are you a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in Finance & Real Estate Products or relevant fi elds, looking for career advancement? We seek strong communicators comfortable with cold outreach (phone/in-person), quick learner adaptable to new situations, and individuals grounded in ethical business practices. This role demands a highly articulate, sales-driven individual with a hunger to close high-value deals and consistently meet departmental goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, in-person).
Conduct market research to discover new business development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Present solutions to potential clients and tailor offerings to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Employ a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
