Job Description

Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential B2B clients across Saudi Arabia.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and university/corporate networks.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials.

Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Assist in organizing and supporting Greensturn’s events, webinars, and sustainability workshops.

Actively participate in client meetings and product demos alongside senior BD team members.

Learn and develop consultative selling skills focused on sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Full-time Phase – Post Confirmation)

Independently manage client acquisition, engagement, and relationship-building.

Conduct end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

Deliver client presentations, demos, and negotiate contracts.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to Greensturn’s growth strategy.

Work closely with marketing and sustainability teams to align business strategies.

Represent Greensturn at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.

Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English preferred).
