We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai construction and contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and contracting industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and project pipelines

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the Dubai contracting/construction industry

Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, tendering processes, and construction regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
