Role Overview:
Robosoft Solutions is looking to hire a professional and dedicated female Sales / Business Development Associate with 3–5 years of outbound sales experience. The role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, lead nurturing, and scheduling meetings with prospects and clients. All necessary support and training will be provided by the company to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
· Outbound sales activities including cold calling, email, WhatsApp and follow-ups
· Lead generation via LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
· Lead nurturing through structured follow-ups
· Scheduling meetings with clients and prospects
· Maintaining lead details and follow-ups in CRM
· Meeting sales activity targets.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales
· Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation & nurturing
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Professional, disciplined, and target-oriented approach
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment
· Maintaining logs in CRM.
