As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll use your real estate knowledge and strong communication skills to answer questions, assist with property inquiries, and guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Your ability to provide accurate information and support will directly contribute to the success of our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, services, and market trends.
Offer expert guidance and advice on property details, pricing, and availability.
Help clients schedule viewings, follow-up calls, and property tours.
Support the sales team by gathering important client information and providing valuable leads.
Maintain accurate and updated client records.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on real estate.
In-depth knowledge of real estate terminology and the property market.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
