CIVIL ENGINEEER CUM SITE INCHARGE

Job Description

We are a well-established interior fit-out and building maintenance company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Civil Engineer cum Site In-Charge with minimum experience 5 years to oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior and maintenance projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at multiple project sites.

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.

Allocate resources and manage workforce effectively at different sites.

Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Resolve any site issues or technical challenges promptly.

Oversee procurement of materials and equipment as per project requirements.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and billing processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and maintenance projects.

Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams independently.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, HSE standards, and construction practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

UAE driving license preferred.
