Position : Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee our G+1 Villa and projects from initiation through completion.
Plan Execute finalize the project.
Monitoring the project contractual requirements including maintenance of documentation/approvals /invoicing .
Coordinate in preparation of shop drawings .
Direct and manage the work at the sites and ensure strict compliance on quality and safety .
Prepare lookaheads constantly & monitor project risks .Ensure progress of project and coordinate with sub contractors for timely deliverables.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

Graduate Civil Engineer with 5+ Years of experience mainly in building works.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint) , AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera .
Any Authority accreditations ( DM/Trakhees) would be a plus.
Local Dubai experience in G+1 construction
Preferred Skills :

Good communication skills .
People Manager with team building skills .
Knowledge of International Construction Practices including forms of Contracts.
A multitasker who can handle the nuances of a building construction project.
Preferred :

Age : Less than 40 yrs
Valid Drivers License
Locally Available
G+1 Villa experience.
Salary & Benefits : As per current market trend.
