3S Real Estate is a fast-growing Dubai-based property brokerage specializing in residential and off-plan sales. As part of our expansion, we are launching a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Division to cater to Dubai’s thriving business property market.
We’re looking for ambitious and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our team. Whether you’re already in real estate or come from a strong sales background in finance, banking, or insurance, this is your opportunity to build a lucrative career in Dubai’s commercial property sector.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals across Dubai’s commercial property market — including offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team and benefit from full marketing and administrative support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
– Prospect, identify, and engage clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties.
– Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
– Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage transactions from start to finish.
– Stay up to date on Dubai’s commercial property market, pricing trends, and regulations.
– Collaborate closely with the Commercial Sales Director and wider sales team to meet targets.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and deals using the company’s CRM system.
– Represent 3S Real Estate professionally in all client interactions and networking events.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
– At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment – whether that’s Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR a background in high-end service roles like luxury retail or cabin crew, with a strong customer focus.
– Excellent English communication skills, fluency in additional language is a bonus.
– A valid driving license.
– A proactive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success.
– The ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated in a competitive but supportive team setting.
– Confidence in communicating, negotiating, and building trust with clients.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– You will be resilient and have a passion for for achieving great results – while also creating long-term relationships.
