Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer interactions, improve client satisfaction, and strengthen brand loyalty within our jewellery trading business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of the luxury retail or jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database with accurate and updated customer information.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally through phone, email, or in-person.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients and walk-in customers.
Monitor customer purchase patterns and suggest personalized offers or loyalty programs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute CRM campaigns, promotions, and follow-ups.
Generate reports on customer trends, satisfaction levels, and sales conversions.
Ensure after-sales support, including product maintenance, exchange, or service assistance.
Assist in digital engagement and WhatsApp/Email marketing to increase repeat business.
Maintain a high standard of product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers.
Support event management and VIP customer outreach activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam/Tamil/Arabic preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
Language proficiency : English, Malayalam , Hindi , Arabic is an advantage
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and polished appearance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling premium or loyal customer segments.
Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and gold/silver categories.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
