Job Description
SilberArrows is currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Service Team! We are looking for individuals who can deliver the highest level of aftersales service to our valued customers, providing expert advice and assistance on all technical aspects related to their vehicles. You will work closely with our workshop to efficiently coordinate and manage tasks, ensuring optimal use of workshop resources while maintaining our strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize customer needs throughout the service process, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding vehicle service and technical issues (“front of house”).
• Ensure every opportunity is met to maximize customer satisfaction, while upselling additional work and add-ons where appropriate.
• Manage workshop loading, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources to maximize productivity.
• Effectively and efficiently organize the collection and delivery of customer vehicles, utilizing drivers to optimize routes and minimize delays.
• Uphold company standards for quality control and ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure the timely delivery of customer vehicles, meeting high standards for service and communication.
• Handle and maintain technical information accurately, ensuring customers are kept informed about their vehicle’s status.
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service to review performance, offer feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Identify and support training and development opportunities for yourself and the team.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with customers, including follow-up messages through phone, email, and the company’s WhatsApp system.
Requirements:
• Excellent phone manner, with a friendly and professional approach to customer service.
• Proven organizational skills in handling service bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools to manage customer interactions.
• Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of service management systems.
• Experience in sales or service within the automotive industry (a proven sales track record is an advantage).
• Experience in a customer-facing, service-focused environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a high standard of service.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the workshop and service teams.
• Technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and servicing is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
