Job Description

A. JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support digital initiatives that enhance brand visibility,
engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, strong analytical
skills, and fluency in Arabic and English, essential for engaging with local audiences and stakeholders.

B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Execution

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engines, and websites.
• Launch optimized online adverts through platforms like Google Ads and Facebook to increase brand awareness.

2. Social Media & Content

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites regularly.
• Collaborate with graphics and web designers to improve user experience and ensure brand consistency.

3. SEO & Email Marketing

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts including keyword research, image optimization, and on-page enhancements.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

4. Campaign Management & Analytics

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
• Measure performance using tools like Google Analytics, WebTrends, and other web analytics platforms.
• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and improve ROI.

5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and best practices.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

• Manage and report on digital marketing expenses and budgets.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign delivery.

7. Compliance & Collaboration

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and sales.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

2. Technical Proficiency: Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media platforms, and website analytics.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creativity: Innovative mindset with a flair for engaging content and campaigns.

6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
