HVAC ESTIMATION ENGINEER FOR AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY
A leading air conditioning company looking for an experienced HVAC Estimation Engineer.
– We are looking for someone available to start immediately.
– The HVAC Estimator is responsible for estimating costs, preparing proposals, and overseeing HVAC projects.
– Roles of Estimation & Proposal Preparation:
# Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
# Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for HVAC projects.
# Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients.
# Review contracts, scope of work, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
# To attend all the technical meetings with consultant/client representative.
# Should have good knowledge in Ducted system, decorative units, VRF system, FCU, FAHU and Grill & Diffuser and ventilation system.
# Should be proficient in AutoCad, Excel, word, Ms office.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HVAC estimation or hvac site handling.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Language: English & Hindi is must.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
