I am an international real estate investor owning a substantial portfolio in the Middle East and the US and have a vacancy for a personal assistant position working directly under me.
The position will comprise a varied number of tasks and responsibilities, such as:
· Functioning as the point of contact for tenants regarding their comptaints related to maintenance, payments etc
· Corresponding with various bodies such as DLD, Mollak, Emaar, etc
· Maintaining a clear database for tenants, expenses, revenues, maintenance costs etc etc
· Inspecting the properties when required
· Where necessary, escalating tenant issues for quick resolution
· Assisting tenants in handover and renewals when required
· Managing schedules and appointments
· General Office fiting & other administrative tasks.
· Updating, filing and maintaining clear records of confidential documents,
· Handling petty cash accounts
· Provide clear status reports pertaining to ongoing actions and issues
· General Personal Administration errands, eg flight bookings, office supply management
The salary is 5000-6000 AED per month, for a full-time position (5 days per week, 7 hours per day). This is subject to negotiation for the right candidate, and with a scope to increase along with career progression
