Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Forex Trading Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our trading platform and services, and maintaining strong relationships with individual and institutional investors. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, knowledge of the forex market, and excellent communication skills.

1. Client Acquisition
Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, social media, or in-person meetings.
Promote the company’s trading platform and services.
Explain the benefits of Forex trading and how it works.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle client inquiries and provide support on trading-related issues.
Offer personalized service to encourage continued trading activity.
3. Market Knowledge
Stay updated with global financial markets and Forex trends.
Provide clients with basic market updates and trading insights (not financial advice).
4. Sales and Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active traders.
5. Administrative and Compliance Tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
6. Training and Education
Educate clients on how to use the trading platform and tools.
Provide demo sessions or walkthroughs for beginners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and lead generation
Present and promote forex trading products and services to prospective clients
Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, market trends, and trading strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering support and guidance
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Attend industry events and webinars to stay current with market developments
Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, forex, or fintech
Solid understanding of forex trading and global financial markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in [languages required – English,Hindi etc.]
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is a plus.
