Job Description
Looking for a front desk receptionist cum office admin manager who can liaise and coordinate with clients as well as manage and maintain the office environment and infrastructure for an efficient and positive workspace.
Our workspace is about 1200sq ft and workforce of 5-10 people.
She should be well versed with basic admin work in an office like engaging with DEWA, EMPOWER, Wifi, Internet, Visa consultants, Travel Agents and manage and control basic office expenses like stationaries, water, snacks, etc.
The candidate preferably should be graduate, have min 2-3 years experience in similar role, basic knowledge of ms office, accounting functions.
