Front Desk Receptionist – Pilates Studio

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Nationality Preference: Filipina (Female)
Salary: Total AED 4,500 / month

We are a boutique Pilates studio in Dubai (Al Furjan), focused on high-quality training, a calm environment, and professional service.

Job Responsibilities
• Welcome clients warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries
• Manage class bookings, schedules, and appointments
• Handle payments and POS transactions
• Coordinate with instructors regarding schedules and client arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support daily studio operations as needed

Working Hours
• 8–9 hours per day, shift-based (including break)
• 1 day off per week

Salary & Benefits
• Total Monthly Salary: AED 4,500
• Basic Salary: 60%
• Transportation Allowance: 25%
• Housing Allowance: 15%
• Company-sponsored UAE employment visa
• Medical insurance provided
• Annual leave and public holidays according to UAE Labour Law

Requirements
• Filipina (female) candidates only
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
• Must enjoy fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Previous experience in a gym, Pilates studio, fitness club, or wellness center is a strong advantage
• Receptionist / front desk / customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working with a Chinese management team (some managers are non-native English speakers)
• Responsible, organized, and reliable
