We are a Dubai-based consulting firm providing outsourced accounting services to businesses across the UAE. We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Accountant to support our accounting team in managing the day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients.
The role involves working closely with the Chief Accountant, preparing accurate records, and maintaining client files in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Record and reconcile client transactions in Zoho Books
– Maintain accurate ledgers for multiple client accounts
– Categorize expenses and prepare basic financial reports
– Review records for completeness and accuracy
– Prepare and submit lists of missing information to the Chief Accountant
– Assist in data collection and document organization
– Report directly to the Chief Accountant
– Occasionally visit client offices to collect documents (if needed)
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
– Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory)
– Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently
– Diligent, organized, and highly attentive to details
– Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
– Good English communication

Work Schedule:
– Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– 2 days off per week
Salary:
AED 4,000/month during 3-month probation
AED 4,500/month after successful probation
