Job Description

We are hiring a Head Cashier to manage the cashier team and oversee daily cash operations in the store. The ideal candidate should be responsible, honest, and experienced in handling cash.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cashier staff

Handle daily cash transactions and balance registers

Train new cashiers and ensure smooth operations

Solve customer issues related to payments or billing

Prepare daily cash reports and submit to management

Make sure all cashier procedures follow company policies

Requirements:

Previous cashier or retail experience (preferred in a senior role)

Good leadership and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge

Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
