11X Properties is expanding and inviting serious, self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team for Off-Plan Sales and Secondary (Resale) Market.

We are a broker-centric company focused on empowering agents with the right tools, exposure, and operational support.

For Off-Plan Sales Consultant:

Requirements:

Must be camera-friendly

Video content creation is mandatory (reels, project explainers, walkthroughs)

Experience in off-plan sales preferred

Strong presentation and closing skills

For – Secondary (Resale) Real Estate Agent:

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Dubai real estate experience

Proven experience in secondary buy/sell transactions

Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling skills
