Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and cold calling

Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales effectively

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
