Job Description
We are hiring motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Hypermarket Staff. The role includes various responsibilities across departments such as stocking, customer assistance, cashiering, and general store support. The ideal candidate should be flexible, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and accurate
Monitor product expiry dates and report any discrepancies
Operate cash register if assigned to cashiering duties
Assist with receiving and arranging deliveries
Follow all store policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or supermarket preferred, but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
