Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, closing deals, and coordinating with the field sales team to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and online research.
• Set up sales meetings and coordinate with field sales executives.
• Prepare and send sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain a CRM database with up-to-date client information and follow-ups.
• Coordinate post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
