IINTERIOR FIT OUT SITE ENGINEER:-
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.
Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, providing input on resource allocation and forecasting potential risks to project timelines.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers with professionalism and clarity.
Manage site health and safety protocols, leading safety briefings and ensuring all personnel are trained and compliant with safety standards.
Support the project manager in the planning and execution of construction methodologies, contributing to innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
SALE EXECUTIVE:-
dentify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector, leveraging market research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing innovative design solutions.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive positioning in the fit-out landscape.
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions for informed decision-making.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on client preferences and market trends to refine promotional strategies.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management, demonstrating a proactive approach to business growth.
