About the Role
As an International Sales Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in expanding our global footprint within the Disposable Hygiene industry, representing top-quality products such as:
– Baby Diapers
– Sanitary Pads
– Adult Diapers
– Wet Wipes
You will manage key accounts, develop new client relationships, and actively promote both our house brands and private label products in diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive international sales and achieve business growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle customer communication via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure excellent relationship management.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams — including Design and Marketing — to deliver strong market positioning and promotional offers.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Plan and execute weekly/monthly sales activities to maximize efficiency and performance.
