Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller and Procurement Coordinator to manage our purchasing activities and maintain accurate control over stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement of materials, consumables, and spare parts as per operational requirements.
– Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
– Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movements, conducting regular physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
– Update and maintain inventory records in ERP/accounting systems.
– Issuing materials and supplies to various departments as needed.
– Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
– Track pending deliveries and follow up with suppliers for timely receipt of goods.
– Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
– Supervise store to prepare and pack orders for dispatch according to company standards.
