Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Freelance Sales Agent to represent Mozart Agency in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will leverage their network and sales expertise to identify potential clients, introduce our services, and close new business deals. This role is commission-based and ideal for entrepreneurial professionals passionate about marketing, media, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients across sectors (corporate, retail, hospitality, and government).

Promote Mozart Agency’s full range of services — including digital marketing, branding, events, media production, and web development.

Build and maintain strong business relationships to generate recurring clients and referrals.

Conduct presentations and sales pitches (online or in-person).

Negotiate terms and close contracts in coordination with the management team.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update progress using CRM tools or internal reporting systems.

Provide market feedback and assist in shaping sales strategies based on client needs and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, or events sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong existing network within the UAE business community (added advantage).

Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Professional appearance and high business ethics.

Must hold a valid freelance license in the UAE or be willing to obtain one.
