Junior Sales Executive (Entry Level)
Location: JLT, Dubai (office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE)

About the role
A hands-on commercial position where you’ll learn proven sales workflows and contribute directly to revenue. No previous sales experience required—structured training and live coaching provided.
Key responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new clients via phone, email and LinkedIn
Book and prepare meetings for senior team members
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and outreach cadence
Draft outreach copy and help run campaigns
Support proposals, follow-ups and basic pipeline reporting
Collaborate with delivery teams on live mandates
