Job Description

As a Watch Expert , you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious and sought-after timepieces in the world. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our luxury watches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate luxury watches for any defects

• Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in timepieces

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble watches using specialized tools

• Work with various parts and materials, including precious metals and gemstones

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely

• Keep detailed records of all watch repairs and maintenance

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in watchmaking

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns from clients

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a watch technician/Sales , preferably in secondary market of luxury watches.

• Knowledge of mechanical, quartz, and automatic watch movements

• Strong understanding of watch components and functions

• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in watchmaking

• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

• Strong communication and customer service skills
