Job Description:

– Responsible for the overall maintenance management of Maple Suites properties, including but not limited to, day-to-day maintenance support and planned preventive maintenance (PPM).

– Responding to guest inquiries and requests pertaining to day-to-day maintenance support and providing top customer service.

– Scheduling, arranging, and supervising all the day-to-day maintenance support requests and the planned preventive maintenance (PPM).

– Communicating and coordinating with guests, contractors, and building managements to arrange for the day-to-day maintenance support requests.

– Communicating and coordinating with guests, contractors, and building managements to arrange for the scheduling of preventive planned maintenance (PPM).

– Supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance, and to ensure that contractors are delivering top-tier workmanship to Maple Suites.

– Reviewing all maintenance reports and briefing and advising the company’s management.

– Ensuring the compliance of all properties with all regulatory standards related to maintenance.

– Delivers 100% customer satisfaction consistently by providing the customer with a top-notch experience with their stay.

– Performing all other aspects of holiday homes management as deemed necessary by the company’s management.

Qualifications:

– Diploma, certification, or degree in a maintenance related field.

– Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a maintenance technician in the UAE.

– Strong communication and organizational skills.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office.

– Exhibits a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

– Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary.

– Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.

– Having a UAE Driver’s License is a plus.

Job Type:

Full-time.

Compensation:

Salary range: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000 per month.

Ability to Commute:

Within Dubai (required).
