About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead (or Marketing Associate, depending on experience) to take ownership of Company’s marketing activities. This role is critical in driving our brand presence, crafting strategies, and executing marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
You will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies, managing events, coordinating with vendors, customers, and partners, developing marketing plans, managing budgets, and analyzing ROI to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Company’s market presence.
Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Event Management and Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
Work closely with vendors, customers, and partners to coordinate participation and maximize exposure.
Campaign and Content Execution
Develop marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Support content creation efforts including blogs, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration
Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, and partners.
Ensure alignment on brand messaging and joint initiatives.
Marketing Planning and Budgeting
Create detailed marketing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures.
Performance Analysis and ROI Measurement
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B technology, consulting, or cloud industries.
Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies and plans.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, customers, and partners.
Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, event management, and analytics platforms).
Experience managing budgets and analyzing ROI.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the cloud, IT consulting, or technology services sector.
Background in managing co-marketing with technology vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google).
Experience organizing or managing regional events in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or broader GCC markets
