Job Description

Marketing Duties:
1. Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for production of printed materials, promotional items, and event logistics.
3. Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitor and collect data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
5. Manage updates and content creation for the company’s website and social media platforms.
6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and digital engagement.
7. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team on an ongoing basis.

Administrative Duties:
8. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
9. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
10. Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems (both physical and digital).
11. Organize and manage office records, files, and documentation in an orderly and secure manner.
12. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office common areas and meeting rooms.
13. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and maintain accurate HR and personnel records.
14. Support finance and accounting teams by handling petty cash, processing invoices, and basic bookkeeping duties.
15. Ensure adherence to company policies, administrative procedures, and internal controls.
16. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
17. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
18. Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth business operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role such as Marketing Officer, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or a related field.
– Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
– Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
– Female candidates only (due to role-specific requirements).
– Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic editing tools is an advantage
