Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – HVAC Specialist (Fit-Out Projects)
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems and a strong background in fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with the ability to lead projects, manage teams, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from design to execution.
• Review and analyze mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools for project planning and coordination.
• Lead and guide the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Implement business development strategies to expand company opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC and fit-out/construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
